As new immigrants to Canada in 2013, EZ and I failed to equip ourselves with the knowledge of the financial ecosystem of the western world. This led to a cocktail of consumer debt (6 figures). We had them all from a line of credit to student loans to a car loan and credit card debt plus a mortgage! We were drowning in a pool of debt with a negative net worth.

I don’t want to live paycheck to paycheck for the rest of my life because I am made for more. I’m glad to announce that we are now 100% debt-free and we’ve got our lives back. I believe that true riches come from God and He gives the power to get wealth- Deuteronomy 8:18.
